11. Right of withdrawal
11.1 If the User is a “consumer” (i. e. a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity that may be carried out), the User is entitled, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 64 of the D. Lgs. N. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), to withdraw from the Sales Contracts within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sales Contracts (the "Right of withdrawal"). The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the User by sending to Ker S.r.l. a written communication, by e-mail, to the address referred to in the following art. 18, containing: (i) the expression of the will to make use of the right of withdrawal; (ii) the indication of the Order which gave rise to the Purchase Contract from which it intends to withdraw.
11.2 If the User exercises the right of withdrawal, the User undertakes to return the Products within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the Products. All costs associated with the return of the Products are entirely borne by the User.
Ker S.r.l. undertakes to reimburse the price of the products as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, provided that:
- The Products have been returned and are intact;
-The original packaging/packaging of the Products is also returned and the same is intact;
- Any accessories are also returned and they are intact;
- The Products have not been used.
Ker S.r.l. will communicate to the User the methods of reimbursement of the price and may, for this purpose, request the User his bank details (IBAN and holder of the current account).
11.3 Outlet products may have minor defects for which no return is made, as they are inventories of discontinued lines.
11.4 If the User exercises the Right of withdrawal in a manner that does not comply with the methods and terms of this art. 1, the User is not entitled to a refund of the price.
11.5 The store operates from the European Union, for this reason all transactions, including in currency, are converted into Euro following payment by the User. The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives in our warehouse and its integrity is verified.
12. Products Vices/Differences
12.1 If the Products present any defects/discrepancies, these must be reported by the User directly to Ker S.r.l ..
12.2 The User is recognized the rights of the consumer under art. 130 of D. Lgs. 206/05 (Consumer Code); these rights must be exercised within the terms referred to in art. 132 of the same D. Lgs. 206/05.
