HOW DOES ONLINE PURCHASE WORK?

Discover News, Selections and Offers on the Homepage or use the navigation bar at the top of each page. Click on the section you are interested in to open the drop-down menu and then on the links to visit the categories, for example "Fragrances". The products are divided into categories and sub-categories to facilitate their search.
If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search box - represented by a magnifying glass - to find products by name, color, category or product code.
Once you have made your choice, click on "add to cart" and as soon as you are ready to complete the purchase, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then on "buy". Fill in the required fields and proceed to the conclusion of the order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customercare@fssa1561.it. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been set, however, we will no longer be able to guarantee its cancellation or modification. Find more details in the General conditions of Sale.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

FSSA accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

- Cash on delivery (only for Italy)

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Shipping costs for Italy amount to € 5 for Standard Express Shipping. Shipping costs outside the Italian territory will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order.

We offer free shipping on all orders over € 50 for Italy, over € 200 for shipments within the EU, over € 250 for shipments outside the EU.

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered from 1 to 4 working days for domestic orders, from 4 to 9 in Europe, from 10 to 15 working days for those outside the European territory to depending on the country of destination. All orders are delivered Monday to Friday excluding holidays. FSSA is not responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as the order has been taken over by our forwarder, you will automatically receive an e-mail, to the address indicated at the time of the order, with the tracking number and any necessary reference.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

All costs related to the return of the Products are entirely borne by the User who undertakes to return the Products within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the same.
The Products must be sent to the following address:

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

FSSA will do its utmost to ensure reimbursement as quickly as possible. Returns are processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which FSSA was informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. FSSA will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made. Ker S.r.l. will communicate the methods of reimbursement of the price and may, for this purpose, ask the User for his bank details (IBAN and account holder).
