RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:
Use at least twice a day after meals. If you have consumed foods or drinks containing acids, such as wine or citrus fruits, wait 30 minutes before brushing your teeth or rinse your mouth with water first to reduce the corrosive effect of the acids.
HOW TO USE:
Apply the toothpaste on the toothbrush and make circular movements from the gum towards the teeth. Take care to pass the bristles also inside the teeth and in the interdental spaces. Also brush the inside of the cheeks, tongue and palate, areas where bacteria settle.
