HOW TO USE:
To be used morning and night, with a cotton pad, after cleansing milk.
Pour the toner on a cotton pad and use it to wipe the product over your face and neck, insisting on dry areas. Massage in a linear upward motion.
Gently dab with your hands until fully absorbed.
