How much are the shipping costs and how long will I take to receive my order?
Shipping costs for Italy amount to € 5 for Standard Shipping, € 8 for Express Shipping (24 / 48h) and € 7 more for cash on delivery.
Shipping costs outside the Italian territory will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout based on the total weight of the order.
We offer free shipping on all orders over € 50 for Italy and over € 200 for shipments outside the Italian territory.
From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, it is delivered within 2 to 7 working days for national orders, 2 to 5 for UE orders and 10 to 15 working days for outside UE depending on the country of destination. All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Ker S.r.l. is not responsible for delays in delivery beyond our control.

All costs associated with returning the Products are entirely borne by the User who undertakes to return the Products within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the same.
